So.... it has been 6 weeks since I began training for the 1/2 marathon and all is well! I ran 6 miles today with Anita from her house to work. Then we walked back to her house after. I am happily sore today. Cassidy has had her first professional hair appt. She had her hair colored, cut, and thinned. She loves it! So do I. What do you think?
